The Constitution of Kenya (Ammendment) (No. 2) Bill.
This Bill seeks and proposes to ammend the following articles of the Constitution as follows.

1. Ammend Article 101 - Increase term of an MP from 5 to 7 years
2. Ammend Article 136 - Increase term of President from 5 to 7 years
3. Ammend Article 151 to Create Office of the Prime Minister who will be appointed by the president
4. Ammend Article 177 to Increase term of MCA from 5 to 7 years
5. Ammend Article 180 to increase term of a Governor from 5-7 years.
