Yes, Phaedra and Todd might’ve been at odds over money in season 7; however, the friendship between her and Kandi started to deteriorate after Phaedra learned that she and Todd were storing Apollo’s stuff in season 8. That's when Phaedra, in true Scorpio fashion, worked on her get back to hurt Kandi in season 9.
