@ScotRail on the first class service from Glasgow to Aberdeen - not even as much as a free bottle of water on board - nor anything even in the cafe to buy!! What’s going on? Just not good enough!!disabled person and someone else on board is diabetic - £120 return ticket? Explain!
@ScotRail What is your complaints procedure please and how can you with a straight face justify giving people on some trains paying first class catering yet not the same to others paying the same premium? Discrimination is what that is! Please advise
@ScotRail It’s not your fault you don’t own the company but realistically how long is the post pandemic argument going to last since trains have been running perfectly fine for almost 2 years? Pay staff a decent wage & you will have plenty of them. So angry right now. Complaints procedure?
@ScotRail And also in response to this - the digitally excluded are discriminated against because no information was given when buying the ticket! Come on! You need to do better than that!
@ScotRail And that’s your response? The last update was in 2021 almost 2 years ago?!! It’s not even just about the first class service or complimentary services - the cafe isn’t even stocked up if you want to buy something. So when buying a first class ticket you need to scramble for info?

@parcelforce received SMS this morning, sent to leave with neighbour if not at home, was at home, just received text saying delivery attempted and card left with details-no it hasn’t! No telephone number to make contact on this and don’t know where my parcel is - what’s going on?
2/2 @O2 however was put through to customer services who promised to call back but haven’t and was lied to by Ayaz who said I had used 7GB of data when I haven’t even been able to use 1GB. 6 months this has been going on - could you give me info on legal team please
@O2 I have been trying to get this resolved since October. Can’t make or receive calls without dropping off…I have spent days on the phone, virtual chat and gone to store - have now been holding for almost 2 hours. Thought I had gotten somewhere earlier, Lucy really helpful…1/2
@AskVirginMoney hi my credit card statement is supposed to be generated on the 8th of the month - still not generated. Spent 147 minutes waiting to speak to someone yesterday only to be disconnected now holding again today - only so much KD Lang and Carly Simon I can take
@AskVirginMoney No not the payment date, the statement date. I was told 8th August but now I’ve been told that the information I was given wasn’t correct and my statement will be the 8th September - I honestly despair. I really do think it’s time to go…bring back Clydesdale and Yorkshire
