Work hard, then work smart. Never skip the phase of working hard esp if u starting out on something. In fact, u cannot skip the phase of working harder as a beginner in a field of work, bc u doing as much as u can to learn and to present urself.

One thing I see that bruises ego esp as an adult/old person, is when u didn't take the time to see a reality check when time was available, and u chose to ignore the signs of ur own causes, it hurts more when u have to recieve a reality check from a younger person.
