If you make a calculation error, it’s an error. If you were to keep repeating the result of the erroneous calculation, and you were aware that it’s wrong, then it would be dishonest. It would demonstrate a lack of integrity and credibility.

Issues:
Candidates using phones
Loud & distracting noise leaving candidates unable to focus
Trainees able to see others screens due to set up

When a regulating board fails to uphold consistency & fair regulation across the country, you disregard the exam, you at least heavily lower the pass mark. What you don’t do is give SOME trainees a free attempt and not others, ALL are affected. That is not how you regulate #GPhC

@TheGPhC please respond to the accusations of cheating, issues at various test centres etc. These trainees have already been through enough.

1/So many anonymous accounts launching, expressing views on @TheGPhC registration assessment. There’s no need to be afraid to express your views and opinions. In the interest of having an open dialogue it’s so much more effective to add your name to your voice.

Some centres - PCs arrived late
Some centres - IT issues mid test (perhaps isolated cases)
Some centres - allowed calculator in part 2
Some centres - invigilation was poor
Some centres - while delayed start - people not adequately quarantined

#gphcexam was shocking. Lack of regulation left candidates horrified and “delayed start” incident was the only one addressed by the #gphc. Just one look at the threads under the GPHC tweets shows there are wider issues being ignored. @BBCNWT @TohidMPharm @the_pda @BBC
