What kind of service is this?
Your delivery boy called me regarding my package & after reaching at address he was saying he forgot to bring the package.
And didn’t came back.
He is doing so since 2 days.

I placed a return request for an order.

In the app I got that the delivery boy made 4 attempts to pickup and pickup got cancelled and the return period was over too.
But I didn’t receive any call for the pickup.
