@SW_Help are an absolute joke. I’ve given them £5500+ over the past year and they give me £30 refund on a weekly ticket which cost me £130 when I used it once!!! If you can avoid using their train line please do so. They will bleed you dry.

@TeletextHoliday NEVER BOOK WITH TELETEXT! They cancelled my hotel (not flights) without telling me so I was left stranded in Tenerife with nowhere to stay. I had to pay £1000 for the hotel again and I’m still waiting for a refund. Disgusting. Imagine if I couldn’t afford to pay.

I’ve been waiting for a refund from @TeletextHoliday for half a year... every month they shamelessly lie to me about the date of the refund. I’d never advise anybody to book with them. Actually, run away from them!!!
