He is Savad Sha, you might have seen him earlier in a video where he was seen harassing Hindu girls by masturbating while being seated with them in a bus.

Later he was arrested for that but recently released on bail.

Now look at the 2nd image , how heroic of a welcome he is receiving by his community, They are openly celebrating a pervert just because the girls he molested were Hindus, This is beyond evil, no amount of punishment can erase this mentality.
