If you earn a monthly salary its considered unacceptable for it to come days, weeks, months late, yet for freelancers it’s really anything goes! I’m confused as to how this is acceptable, let alone legal.

@Missguided so disappointed in the service, I ordered next day evening delivery on Monday, should have arrived yesterday but hasn't.Really unhelpful staff, who ended my chats. Was told someone would contact me no one has bothered and one of the items that did arrive was broken.
