@gdb @emollick If you need to explain the UX, it’s usually a sign the UX isn’t simple enough. Simplify. I shouldn’t have to decide whether I need a Chat or a Task, or whether I should start in ChatGPT Work or Codex. The product should make that obvious—or better yet, make the decision for me

@gdb I love the ambition, but the UX is moving in the wrong direction. Users shouldn’t have to understand your product architecture before they can ask a question. The more we have to think about where to start, the less intuitive the product becomes
