Lengthy investigations, delayed judgments, and low conviction rates were cited as major challenges in seeking justice. Criminal justice institutions remained understaffed and underfunded, limiting their effectiveness. @IPOA_KE @HakiKNCHR @Kenyajudiciary @NPSOfficial_KE @NCAJ_KE
