Motorola has acknowledged the issue and taken responsibility for repairing the device free of cost (FOC). If the service center is unwilling to take responsibility Please connect directly with their Cluster Head for further escalation and resolution.

@Gadgetsdata My mom's Edge 50 Fusion just shut down out of nowhere today. I think it might have been on auto-update. Now, it seems completely dead. @Moto @Moto_Support

Motorola users are sharing that,

After updating the device, specially the Edge 50 Fusion to Android 16, the device stopped working, motherboard dead‼️

So, if you are a Motorola users don't update to Android 16 as soon as you get the update.. wait and check before updating..
