if you die tomorrow, i hope you're aware that people will grieve. they'll be devastated that you're no longer here. but one thing is certain: they will eventually learn to move on. and the sun? it’ll continue to rise and set. so now, why aren't you living life to the fullest?
They are not on foreign soil, btw. They are operating in Nigeria and terrorizing Nigerians.
They have kidnapped and killed high ranking military men, clergymen, elderly people, and now little children.
There's no valid excuse for this to still be happening by now. None.
i believe in re-reading and re-watching your favourite books & movies at different stages of your life. the plot never changes, but your perspective does.
How do you complain about a particular thing in a final game last year and you didn’t work on it/prepare for it this year and now blame it on said conditions again.
Aryna Sabalenka says she doesn't know why Roland Garros kept the roof open with how windy it was, but she can't complain:
"How big a factor were the conditions? It was a windy afternoon."
Aryna: "That’s another question – I don’t know why they would keep the roof open when it was crazy windy. But how can I complain if for almost the whole match everything was working okay for me, and then it just slipped away? I feel like it was getting crazy maybe just because mentally I wasn’t really okay. I remember even from last year they kept the roof open for us, and then the next day, in similar conditions, they closed it for the men – to make better conditions and better quality of tennis, I believe. I don’t know why they would keep it open. Even though I was winning, it was very dirty tennis. I don’t know how people could actually sit there and watch. And then at some point she stepped in and played unbelievable."
