@amoddev Update: Spoke to NueGo customer care (PNR 12817306, 12 Feb Jaipur–Gurgaon). They’re offering only ₹350 (ticket refund), while my bag (~₹2,000) and new clothes worth ₹4,000–₹5,000 were damaged due to rats on the bus. This is unacceptable. Request fair compensation.

Very disappointing experience with NueGo on 12 Feb (Jaipur to Gurgaon).
PNR: 12817306
Bus was infested with rats and my bag was damaged. This is a serious hygiene & safety concern.
