Never ever try to get your car serviced by @gomechanicindia , worst experience. Changed brake cylinder telling me it's leaking even though I didn't had any problem, then even if they changed weird noise started coming from when brake applied or even if someone sits in the back
Everyone must come together and raise their voice against the E20 petrol mandate. Users deserve a say in such a major policy decision that will affect their hard-earned cars and bikes, despite the heavy taxes they already pay on them.

@agodaindia Already responded, you people are just making fool of customers, already submitted the documents. Each time you are asking to submit a new document or saying invalid document. Just tell no you won’t help
@agodaindia They are saying it is not having hospitals name, my father is in no condition to go to hospital, the doctor was private practiser, both their license and stamp was also present on the document.
Update: provided @agodaindia with the medical certificate now they are saying it being invalid. Even though the medical certificate had doctor's licensce they are saying it is invalid.
@_aditya_sh_ How misleading this whole situation is for the end customer. @agoda , you should work on your communication to make sure that your customers don't suffer. The least you can do for the countless hours and suffering of the customer is to provide the full refund plus a voucher.
@_aditya_sh_@agodaindia This is shocking. A customer is facing a medical emergency and instead of support, you’re hiding behind vague policies and red tape. Changing cancellation terms without notice is misleading and unethical. This is how you treat paying customers? Unacceptable.

@_aditya_sh_@agodaindia this seems a little unfair if you have bugs like this in your systems and your customer had to pay price for that like this. And it is a little inhuman to ask for these things in case of emergency
