Everybody check their #Paypal accounts today, as for the first time ever (10 years) my account was hacked at midnight & somebody tried to take it over. Got as far as adding themselves as a user but I answered my security email fast enough to delete them & change my password.

@Support Please help. I have a client account that was hacked. We successfully were able to change the password - but the two-factor verification is keeping us locked out - no one has access to the code generator, and as far as we know, it was never set up by our client. W file the appeal, and the reply email takes us back to the login which requires the two-factor. We need someone at X to help us turn this off so we can use the password to log in.
