@soicfinance Hey, even in April 2023, the PPFAS had their top holding for HDFC at 7.95%, in August 2023 HDFC Bank at 8% and now in Feb 24 at 7.93%. It has been the top holding for them for over an year now

A fundamental analyst is that customer in Big Bazaar who has done enough research to select the items in every section he intends to buy.

A Technical analyst is the store manager noting down the transactions of each & every product every day.

In this store comes - scalper, swing trader, positional traders, & investors.

From trading to investing - TA is an umbrella that gives you the basics to make money in every field.

Research houses giving reports are those beautiful women & handsome men standing in the store telling you to buy a particular product they are being paid for. Truth.

Mutual fund managers - you are a passive investor & they pick the products for you to deliver to your home & they are paid a commission on it. They have the expertise to make it easier for you.

TG groups - buying the products beforehand & then recommending you that junk to pump up the price & sell later at gains while retailers get stuck at a corner in those stocks that no sane man buys.
