@easyJet I was due to fly 20th Mar, cancelled as expected. I used online system to request refund which says 'refund processing, wait 7 days' in my account. This was now 18 days ago and no refund yet. I have emailed but no response, I have called but can't get through? Pls help?

@PANDORA_UK Nope it wouldn’t work.. gutted! Terrible to offer something for it to then not work and your customer services are only open weekdays which doesn’t help. Should have really extended for another day!
