i love books. i love finding new authors. i love the smell of pages. i love bookstores. i love slow burns. i love fictional characters. i love staying up until 3am to finish a chapter. i love the feel of a physical copy. i love beautiful book covers.
i want history museums. i want art galleries. i want forests. i want waterfalls. i want oceans. i want long car drive. i want concerts. i want book stores. i want rooftops. i want star gazing. i want to travel. i want to feel.
i actually feed on intelligence. i love it when people know a lot about a lot of things, such as music, films, religion, beliefs, and history. i love listening to people's opinions. i want to suck in all these smart things like a sponge.
Make more time for the things that make you happy. Follow your curiosity, get interested in new things again, and let yourself explore. A lot of joy comes from letting your mind wander instead of always focusing on what seems useful.
i honestly think that crying over a book is one of the most prominent signs of compassion for humanity. you’re crying over someone who isn't really there and doesn't really exist, but you still feel for them as if you have known them your entire life.
