Vehicle number KA01HW3946 was fined for jumping a signal on 13 Feb 2021. Information is wrong. I was not in the city at that time. In fact, I was not in Karnataka from Nov 2020 to Nov 2021. I never gave keys to anyone else. Please help.

@AkankshaHazari @Olacabs This has been a norm. Cab drivers often take this route to avoid toll. Applicable for #ola #Uber #utaxi . In another incident with #Uber , driver's friend hopped in, and insisted me to pay toll. I told that it's already included in online payment, and I will not pay.

#icicibank SR48178610 has been closed and the problem still exists. Apparently, the escalated SR had no resolution and hence closed. Pathetic resolution.

SR548178610 was reported for an incorrect transaction on 5 June 2018. No resolution till yet. Apparently, this service request can be seen in backend only and not from my account. #icicibank
