@IndiaEpson My printer's body locks have been broken by your engineer during the warranty period. When I complained, they are demanding money and I am troubled for many days. Epson provides such poor service that no one listens to me.

मेरे Epson m200 प्रिंटर में समस्या आने पर आपके अधिकृत इंजीनियर द्वारा सर्विस/मरम्मत का कार्य किया गया। मरम्मत के दौरान इंजीनियर की लापरवाही से मेरे प्रिंटर की बॉडी टूट/क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई है।

@IndiaEpson @IndiaEpson मैंने इस संबंध में इंजीनियर से बात की, लेकिन अभी तक समस्या का उचित समाधान नहीं किया गया है।
अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि मेरी शिकायत को गंभीरता से लेते हुए मामले की जांच कराई जाए तथा क्षतिग्रस्त बॉडी को कंपनी की ओर से उचित तरीके से बदलवाया/ठीक करवाया जाए
