Don’t take people’s money if you are not ready to provide the service as advertised.
If there’s ever a class action suit against airpeace, I’m down like mad.
Nigeria is not a country, that is the only reason a nonentity like @flyairpeace is still in operation.
How can you move up a 5pm flight to 10:30am in the middle of the night? Me that booked it for 5pm don’t know what I’m doing.
BOYCOTT AIRPEACE TODAY! Nonentities.
I asked my friend if the real problem she has is the fear that her independence will be curtailed? That is a valid concern, and not many men know how to deal with this yet. The concept of marriage that most people still have is borderline domestic servitude. It is hard to accept.
The joy of owning beautiful things, a good knife, a proper linen towel, a jar of excellent honey, one soul encapsulating perfume, over many mediocre things. Doing this slowly across every domain.
Also while I’m here….the fact that Pick Mes exist and they WANT to cook and clean and have your kids and are begging to be chosen and so many men would rather spend their time arguing with the rest of us instead of simply going and choosing one of them is a pretty telling indicator that the real issue is power and control.
They don’t want women who WANT to do these things freely. They want the thrill of dominating women who don’t into submission.
Full grown adults who can’t vacation, take a gap year, have hobbies, play an instrument, speak multiple languages, swim, cycle, skate, or backpack. Just a lifetime of hustling and trying to escape survival mode. These are subtle poverty metrics no one really talks about.
an eldest daughter once said being the firstborn means you’re automatically irritated by incompetence. not because you’re harsh, but because you were never given the room to be incompetent yourself. the daughters who know… know.
we live on a planet where trees warn each other of danger through underground networks. where octopuses dream. where elephants return to the bones of their dead and stand over them in silence. where bees communicate through dance, showing each other where to fly. where flowers bloom...where crows remember human faces -especially those who were cruel to them - and pass that memory on to their young. where ants build entire cities. where cats purr at a frequency that can help heal bones. where forests, after fires, grow flowers first.
It seems many people perceive that lots of things irritate me. They’re probably right. What would be wrong is to think that I harbour resentment in expressing my irritation. I address issues and often forget shortly after. Resentment grows if you often shut me up from expressing.
i severely dislike when people pedestalize me or create expectations of me in their head and then question my character for not fitting the narrative they created of me in their head. like i am not a project or projection of your wanted image of me. i’m me
grew older, i learned that the key to surviving the day is not positivity. it's acceptance. accepting that not all days are good and happy. you will have bad days. you make mistakes. you fail. you mess up. everything’s not going to fall into place and that is completely okay
