Real wages are dropping in almost all OECD countries!

Although nominal wages are slowly picking up, as the #CostOfLivingCrisis continues, 'real wages' are on the decline with an average -3.8% fall.

Here's a snapshot:

@sebo_gm Yes this is certainly a good reason to, but one should be cautious of using external factors such as inflation etc as a negotiating tactic as it can leave you vulnerable. The most powerful way to negotiate salary is to know your value & articulate it 🔥
