@LondonCityAir@British_Airways our bags failed to make it from AMS to LCY on 6/22. Phone calls to numbers I was given by LCY British Airways staff are going unanswered, says numbers are disconnected. BA was NOT helpful in Twitter DMs, never got connected with an agent.
@katehardcastle@British_Airways Flew Dallas to Amsterdam on American, Amsterdam to LCY on British Airways on 6/22. Bags lost during connection in Schiphol. We were told to file our claim with BA, have heard absolutely nothing since. I have heard Schiphol is a mess too.
@British_Airways has the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced- 1 full week and counting in the UK without our bags, zero updates, agents either not answering phones or transferring us to lines that don’t exist.
@British_Airways we’ve been in the UK for 96+ hours now without our bags, lost during a connection in Amsterdam, failed to arrive at LCY, bags still haven’t been located, we’ve had no updates and phone calls/emails aren’t being updated. Would really appreciate a response!
