While we’re still waiting on the Egyptian planes theory, here’s another “bombshell” Candace has dropped. If there were actual evidence Tyler was at a restaurant 3 hours away, don’t you think the defense would’ve used it? Oh wait….. they didn’t. Funny how these “bombshell” claims never seem to come with actual evidence. Stop grasping at straws. It’s over.
You’re drinking the conspiracy Kool-Aid a little too hard.
“Zero investigation?” Then how did police obtain search warrants, surveillance footage, witness statements, forensic evidence, and enough evidence for a judge to find probable cause?
“They didn’t check phones or interview people?” How do you know? Investigators aren’t required to release that info to the public.
And claiming Charlie’s friends and the judge are part of some massive conspiracy without a shred of evidence isn’t skepticism—it’s speculation. If the defense had evidence proving Tyler wasn’t there, they would’ve presented it to defeat probable cause. They didn’t. Courtrooms run on evidence, not conspiracy theories.
Right, because cheering for the widow of a murdered husband is definitely the same thing as spending months inventing conspiracy theories about her. Totally comparable.
We cheered for Charlie. We cheer for Erika. That’s called supporting people you care about. Meanwhile, you guys are treating Candace Owens like she’s incapable of being wrong. But sure… we’re the cult🙄
The love and support for Erika says it all. I have complete confidence in her leadership and can’t wait to see the incredible future she’ll help create for this company.
Appreciate the legal lesson, but I actually do know what a preliminary hearing is. If the defense had evidence showing he wasn’t there, using it to undermine probable cause would be a pretty good way to keep their client from standing trial. Instead, we’re getting “trust me, bro” evidence on social media.
If my defense team had evidence that showed I wasn’t there, I wouldn’t want them sitting on it while I faced a murder charge. If that evidence could be used to undermine probable cause or even get the charges dismissed, why wouldn’t they use it? Instead we keep hearing about this supposed “proof”, yet none of it has been present in court.
What specifically is your reasonable doubt based on? Your own analysis of the evidence, or Candace Owens’ unproven claims?
Also, Tyler’s father was the one who was with him when he surrendered to authorities after recognizing him from the released images. If his own parents believed it couldn’t have been Tyler, why would they allow for him to surrender instead of continuing to challenge the identification and try to prove their son’s innocence?
ERIKA KIRK: "So you have the internet coming after you. You have them slandering your name. You have them saying all this trash about you. And what do you do? You wake up that next morning. You put on the armor of God and you keep going!"
Amen, Erika. Amen
.@michaeljknowles points out the irony that Tyler Robinson's defense has done a better job at weakening conspiracy theories than the prosecution:
"The group that has the greatest interest in getting [him] off the hook is not embracing any of the conspiracy theories...
"If those theories were compelling at all, wouldn't the defense be embracing them?"
Today, I expect the liars to come out swinging harder and more viciously than ever. They'll name call, mock, jeer, and seethe. They'll blame everyone but themselves for the absolute thrashing their credibility took last week. They'll claim it's a coordinated campaign. They'll claim it's all a paid op. That's projection. I expect attacks to ramp up against TPUSA (because what Charlie built remains highly effective and that drives them crazy) as these lunatics try to narrative shift away from their own failed predictions and fantasies. They'll try and confuse people by casting doubt on a veritable avalanche of facts by focusing on some obscure detail, contesting the public descriptions of the enhanced video, or trying to poke holes in a timeline, all without ever addressing each piece of inconvenient (for them) court-admitted evidence in an enormous and growing mosaic of damning evidence against Tyler Robinson.
They will do all of that without evidence or proof.
Call them on it everytime.
Erika Kirk is one of the strongest, most courageous women I know. She continues to inspire strength in all of us.
We are so proud of you, @MrsErikaKirk. Everyone at CLS is excited for the future of Turning Point, and we can’t wait to follow your leadership as we carry on Charlie’s legacy. ❤️
