@Lifey_999@BethMatthewsz I’ve followed Beth for almost 3 years and this has hit me, thinking of Matt & her family and friends. I hope she’s finally at peace xx
Why yes, I will retreat from all people I know and love & ignore my phone and e-mail just to come back a week later to be hyper-productive/responsive for 72 hrs before burning myself out again & there’s NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT because there’s NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT EITHER
All the things which have happened to me have all given me strength or changed my life enough to deal with the next thing but this is a perspective which I’ve come to terms with over a long time, not straight after something terrible has happened
I know the whole of the NHS is struggling, but honestly today has made me so frustrated with how much the ambulance services are being shafted from all sides, that I'm going to rant. 1
Aston Villa will pay tribute to Arthur Labinjo-Hughes with a sixth-minute applause at Villa Park on Sunday.

Lost my rings 8 weeks ago, assumed they fell out my pocket at work.
Finally replaced them which arrived today.
Looking for all my work sharpies in my bag
Guess what I found in a pocket

Now that I have 100K followers, I want to talk about #OvarianCancer. Specifically my gritty story. The goal is awareness. I hope you find this narrative informative.
Sat here thinking 18 months ago events completely changed my life, my plans & whole future in a few months. Today I’m sat in halls at the Uni people told me I wouldn’t get into, I have a job I love and I’m making a new life. Proud of myself rn
The trauma we see at work as clinicians accumulates over the years
It might look like we've forgotten, but it's always there.
So, what happens when we get an unexpected reminder?
Here's the one question you should never ask a healthcare professional.
Day 28/30 of #ship30for30
If ambulance crews continue to attend the relentless amount of primary care calls this must be acknowledged. I’m not accusing GP’s of hiding in their surgeries. I know that’s not the case. But there’s unequivocally a massive issue here. Paramedics can only do so much
