यहाँ सरकारी तंत्र इतना सोया हुआ है कि बदलाव ही नहीं चाहता। मैं 7-8 महीने बिहार में व्यवस्था बैठाने का प्रयास करता रहा, पर सरकारी संस्थानों के कारण जीवन अस्त-व्यस्त होता रहा और नुक़सान ही हुआ।अंत में अब वापस पटना से हटाकर बेंगलुरु में व्यवस्था करना पड़ा। सिर्फ़ एक एआई कंपनी के जाने से बिहार को कम से कम 10-15 करोड़ रुपये का तकनीकी निर्यात और राजस्व इस साल मिल सकता था। सेमीकंडक्टर की दूसरी कंपनी के बाहर जाने से लगभग 150 करोड़ का निवेश निकल गया। सरकारी तंत्र की विश्वसनीयता पर सवाल उठना नई बात नहीं है। बिहार प्रौद्योगिकी में पहले से पिछड़ा है और बाहर से लौटे व्यक्ति को सहयोग के बजाय सरकारी बाबुओं की उदासीनता मिलती है—यह मेरा स्वयं का अनुभव है, किसी की टिप्पणी नहीं।

चाहे उद्योग विभाग के शीर्ष अधिकारी हों या स्टार्टअप संबंधी सरकारी संस्थाएँ - सब लोग शामिल हैं। शर्मनाक बात है परंतु सत्य है।

@amitmalviya Consumption in rural Bihar also increased due to sale of land and buying consumable items for self and gift for daughter (Dahej). If you look at Stamps Registration data, you will get to know this.
Sadly nobody pointed it out. They should check what items are being consumed.

@shwetankbhushan This 20-25% agri contribution is discouraging in present scenario. It should come down to single digit. Itshould not ideally mean to tax agriculture as it is one fourth contrbuter to GSDP

@shwetankbhushan State should focus on plugging revenue evasion, adding unregistered dealers to GST ambit, remodelling motor vehicle tax so that vehicles gets registered in Bihar. JH/UP/AR/NL number vehicles are evading taxes, remodeling circle rates and adding some revenue from Exiceble goods
