@FanosMarkets That means the bottom is in. Ethiopia's economy as a whole started to boom this year after some years of stagnation affecting house price

House prices will be extremely high when the economy as a whole grows, coz many think it is safe haven, meaning more demand and higer price

@FanosMarkets Residential homes will be the fastest growing investment after say 3/4 years. I say this because Ethiopia is positioning it self as international hub. And compared to other countries our current price is peanuts... when peace back comes those houses will boom in price, trust.

@FanosMarkets If u can build a house that means u already have income source. If that is the case dont ever start a 2nd business that u won't manage fully. Starting a 2nd business will bankrupt you and fail.

But if u want to reinvest in a business u already have go for it.
