My dad really faced his fear of 30 years & finally flew back to Dominican Republic for a month long vacation with my mom. I’m so proud of him 🥹🫶🏼

@KendraSnowww I wouldn’t say it knocks you out like melatonin but for me it just chills me out and if I’m tired, I’ll fall asleep way easier! I hope it works well for you!!

@KendraSnowww so the first night I took it I noticed I slept way better & didn’t feel as easily stressed when I took it on the second day. Also I have seen a lot of people say that it can make birth control less effective when taking it so beware lol

@KendraSnowww Yes!! Especially for kids clothing! Luna was either growing through her clothes at lightning speed or easily getting holes in them, so knowing I only spent $1-2 a piece AND helping the environment is 👌🏼
