@SwiggyCares The order was placed around 10:19 PM from a restaurant just 5 km away, but no delivery partner ever picked it up. The order was eventually cancelled at 11:25 PM, yet the full amount was charged.
Why should I bear the loss for an issue from your side?

Loyal customer for years, spent lakhs on your platform. One cancelled order and I’m charged 100% cancellation fee with zero refund. Escalation desk says “cannot reverse”. This is not customer-first. Please review.
