Orzy Media is growing and we're looking to fill a few roles over the next few months:
Klaviyo/Omnisend Tech (aka Martech Specialist/VA)
1. Build, QA, and schedule campaigns across multiple client accounts every week (this is your #1 job)
2. Build and maintain segments, suppression logic, and list hygiene
3. Build and update flows including splits, triggers, and conditional logic
4. Troubleshoot deliverability issues, rendering problems, integration errors, and sync failures
5. Work across the wider stack: Attentive, Omnisend, Loop, Stay ai, Loox, Alia, Postscript, Recharge, whatever a client is running
6. Catch the mistake before the client does, broken links, wrong merge tags, mistimed sends, missing UTMs
7. Move fast async and communicate clearly when something is blocked
Account Manager
1. Own 6 to 8 client relationships end to end, from strategy through delivery
2. Deep DTC and ecommerce fluency: you understand LTV, AOV, subscription retention, margin, and how email actually moves those numbers
3. Lead the pod, brief the copywriter and tech, and make sure work ships on time and on strategy
4. Run monthly reporting that ties email to revenue, not open rates and vanity metrics
5. Diagnose what's underperforming (offer, segment, cadence, deliverability) and build the fix
6. Run client calls with authority, set the agenda, handle pushback, keep founders confident
7. Own the revenue number across your book and grow it quarter over quarter
8. Fluent enough in Klaviyo/Omnisend to pull your own data and defend your recommendations
9. I need to be able to hand off an account to you and you take it from there and execute.
Copywriter
1. Write 100 to 130 emails a month across campaigns and flows
2. Sound like the brand, not like a copywriter borrowing the brand's voice
3. Bring original angles and big ideas, not reskinned versions of last month's promo
4. Write hooks and subject lines strong enough to earn the open before the offer does any work
5. Take a brief and return a near-final draft without three rounds of hand holding
6. Hit every deadline, because campaigns are calendared with the client weeks out
7. Real DTC email samples you can point to, with results attached if you have them
8. You should be familiar with the style of writing I do with Carnivore Snax and be able to write in that distinct style. You need to know ball.
DM me if you fit one of these roles. Tell me why you fit. If you just say you're interested and provide zero context I will ignore your email. Sell yourself.
If you know someone who would be a good fit, feel free to forward this to them.
Please read these descriptions carefully. You need to be able to come in and perform without 3-6 months of handholding. These are not newbie-level positions.
Thank you for your attention to this matter!
@chrisorzy Hi Chris,
I wanted to apply for the Klaviyo Tech role, but I wasn’t able to DM you on either LinkedIn or X. Would you mind sharing your email address? I’d love the opportunity to explain why I’m a great fit for the role and send over my resume as well.
~Regards
