Dance-wise, there is glaring similarities in the inspiration and the team that executed it that cannot be denied.
Admittedly, I'm curious about this because what falls under "plagiarism" for dance? Sure the steps themselves are a staple esp in the context of the songs, but here there are also similarities with changes in formation. Where do you draw the line esp in the context of cheer?
