@kdadamo95 it's unbelievable how some people can be swayed to thinking a certain way just because its a popular opinion. if you aren't well informed about something, remaining skeptical can definitely help gauge validity
@dhandev_patel @nishapatel_conu The downside is that sometimes the products seem better on the site and when you actually get it, you're left disappointed. The fact that there's reviews and recommendations from other buyers is a great feature to help with your purchasing decisions
@MortezaKdm @penina_edery I never answer my house phone either, it's usually telemarketers or the famous "congratulations you've won a free cruise"🤦🏽♀️
@n_ohania on the bright side, social media can help maintain your relationship with people (ex. long distance relationships) since you might not be able to communicate otherwise
The U.S. immigration department is planning to monitor the social media activity of visa holders that are deemed high risk. Thoughts?

@juliektang @dcalabrese10 I agree, and now there's so many different pieces of technology like smartphones, tablets, smart speakers and TVs, etc that are also vulnerable to hacking. I don't think we can cover everything 😅
@MortezaKdm yes exactly, teaching children how to use social media responsibly is necessary to ensure that they maintain good digital citizenship. Parents teach their kids for life in the real world, and now they should also prepare them for life in the online world!
@ArthurEduc307 I find that usually intro classes require memorization and basic understanding then when you move onto advanced courses, the higher levels of the taxonomy are applied
@api_educ @betournays I think it's better to start at an early age, at least teach them the basics and get into more detail as they grow older. Tech use starts at a younger age now, so they should be made aware of it's effects and proper uses.
LOL this is so funny! How are you supposed to know if he's a keeper if you can't stalk him on social media? 😂 But it's sad that to a certain extent, this is today's reality... https://t.co/733gKysB8k
@MariaPatronidis ya exactly, as soon as you use any form of technology, you're being tracked..you need to be completely off the grid. I wonder if incognito mode on Google is actually legit🤔
@api_educ @MortezaKdm @Maysterling7 I agree, sometimes you just cant meet in person so technology helps us to keep in touch. nothing beats face-to-face though!
