@remembrancermx It’s not just your family, it’s like a whole of society thing like Santa. We were very honest with my brother and his wife when they had kids after us. I can’t say they were happy about it before hand but did comment that we were the only honest ones afterwards.

@janet_avard @erfbeeass When my FIL went into palliative care with cancer they took him off all his pain relief over the weekend and said he would need to wait until Monday for their doctor to assess him. He was there a week before he passed and they didn’t get on top of his pain in that time.
