@leevzo@senpai_shado@United_Africana Yes both methods build muscle, but there is an optimal way to hypertrophy(enlarge) the muscle tissue itself with lighter weights, and there is also an optimal way to lift heavier weights through motor unit recruitment and skill practice. But to say “it doesn’t matter” is not true
@leevzo@senpai_shado@United_Africana Your body counts the weight and as someone who humbly squats 500 and benches 350, there absolute is a difference between how your body coordinates motor unit recruitment for heavy weights, vs tissue stress and extended mechanical tension with lower weights. Both build muscle yes.
@JustBeachy123@GrahamAllen@RealCandaceO She has lost her mind and her arrogance outweighs her intelligence.
I’m not a doctor but her obsession with her own importance and her obvious feelings that she is the center of everything screams textbook narcissistic personality disorder. Sad to watch honestly it’s cringe
@jone51422@sola_chad Look it all up or ask a historian, all of the things it said in those screenshots I provided are totally verifiable by other historical and theological sources. And for the record ChatGPT doesn’t just make stuff up like you accused it of, it uses other sources to gather facts.
@jone51422@sola_chad You can accuse chatgpt of lying all, I wouldn’t be surprised if you use AI for other things in your life but now all of a sudden it just lies to us.. regardless, you don’t have to use ChatGPT to prove the facts it provided, I just use it as a quick way to organize those facts.
@jone51422@sola_chad You can’t accuse me of “if that’s what you think you’re wrong you need to be taught” and then NOT provide even one explanation that supports your stance.
The Catholic Church was practicing Christianity 1000+ years prior to Protestantism, that is historically true.
@jone51422@sola_chad So what was the beginning of Protestantism then?
Was it started 1500 years after Jesus?
Did Martin Luther remove books that were considered “holy scripture”?
Do Protestants believe during communion that they are receiving the real body and blood of Christ or is it symbolic?
@jone51422@sola_chad The Catholic Church is the ONLY church that can be historically traced back to Jesus.
Ask ChatGPT or your favorite AI this question:
“What is the only teaching in the entire Bible where people walked from Jesus because it was too difficult to accept?”
@jone51422@sola_chad You mean the faith that was created by a single man named Martin Luther 1500 years after Jesus? You mean the guy Martin Luther who literally downgraded 7 books from the Bible because they didn’t “fit his narrative”?
@joshwhitlatch@DMRuth4 Correction, the Catholic Church was around for 1500 years before he said “I don’t like the church that’s been around since Jesus so I’m just going to make my own and downgrade 7 books from the Bible that have been accepted for 1000+ years because they don’t fit my beliefs”
@joshwhitlatch@DMRuth4 Is this rage bait or are you being serious?
You do know Martin Luther got rid of some of the Bible because he didn’t like those parts, don’t you? The Catholic Church was also around for 1000+ years before he came around and started his own club(Protestantism)
