The espresso brake light already showed up before the dashcam car hit it. Clearly braking dist. was not maintained but not initial fault of dashcam car.

@WFRising 1. Create roundabouts instead of U turns and block all possible ways of wrong side driving.
2. Make proper lane to enter and exit the roundabout
3. Strictly monitor parking on road side
4. Converging traffic points should be wide enough.
