If you're associated with a business, organisation or public institution in any capacity, then one way to do this is to make DEI a real conversation followed by real actions, and not just a checkbox activity for organisations every Pride or Women's History Month.

I've, personally, always found strength and courage in community!

It not only limits their access to essential services, but negatively impacts their physical and mental health and well-being at large. This is why civic education and collective action are urgently needed to address and eliminate street harassment!
