I've been building bloom with @devanoneth - the first step of many toward better agentic interaction with blockchains, and eventually safer agent <=> human collaboration.
We're launching Bloom (@bloom_directory): Ethereum as a filesystem.
Chain state becomes files.
Transactions become staged writes.
Agents can use ls, cat, jq, pipes, and policy checks instead of hand-rolled Web3 glue.
@JayeTweet@einfachkaffee I've had success sourcing abatacept from indiamart, which is a biologic. It really depends how amenable it is to room temperature transport. I've also sourced interleukin 2, but that required cold chain & more expensive labs in China, not an indiamart job.
@Margare91095496@Amonhohohotep@RenzPolster Only used on the NHS in the UK once you've gone through CBTi, as well as at least one other intervention has failed, at least those were the clinical guidelines when last I looked. Thanks though!
@Amonhohohotep@RenzPolster Worth noting that older DORAs (with longer half lives) tend to be quite a lot cheaper - less than 10% of the price quoted above per month on IndiaMart for suvorexant and lemborexant.
@Amonhohohotep@RenzPolster I'm on daridorexant privately in the UK which is about 90 GBP per month. You can get them at slightly more than that (~140 GBP) from Indiamart in the OEM packaging.
some people think this is evidence that AI and mathematicians will continue to collaborate for a long time. but it's closer to lee sedol winning game 4 against alphago right before the capabilities gap became overwhelming
@JackHadfield14@amaticahealth Please do SIMOA based NfL at some point. I know this is possible because it's available for £1800 from people like Viavi. Assay and repeatability really matter, I don't want the multiplexed Lucent one, I actually want their main NF-light assay that's well validated.
Retatrutide is interesting for me in ways that neither semaglutide nor tirzepatide were.
Total abolition of most of my usual ADHD/dopamine seeking behaviours, which didn't happen with the first two GLPs I tried. None of the jitters that I'd get with lisdexamfetamine. Cool drug.
Bloom’s vision lines up very closely with the direction @VitalikButerin is describing.
In the agentic-era, the bottleneck shifts from code generation to verification, trust, and coordination.
Agree. AI explodes software supply, the bottleneck now becomes trust. At @bloom_directory we're betting: make code artifacts content addressed, versioned, invariant constrained, agent/human reviewed, and economically accountable, so agents compose software from verifiable building blocks.
Every app you've ever learned to use will become unnecessary.
Not because they die. Because the internet is finally getting what every operating system already has: a filesystem.
The web is having its Unix moment.
