@AntigoneJournal Aeschylus' Psyachagogoi (or any of the five plays cited by Eustratius ad Eth. Nic. 1111a.7). Perhaps also Stesimbrotus of Thasos' Περὶ Τελετῶν, and Theodorus’ περὶ Κηρύκων γένους. Maybe the rest of the Derveni papyrus? The last is the most probable.

@MinooFramroze Never heard this. Typically, the identification is Scots as Lacedaemonians and the English as Athenians. Greek prose comp exams here at Edinburgh from the early 20th century translate 'Athenians' as Englishmen.
