a lot of it hasn't been posted here, but i've been drawing basically every day for the past couple months to challenge myself... today i take a break to play video games...

i have one of those fancy standing desk that can change height now

[ari @_arihiki]

@evilwizardmia i really like how you drew her face here, really unique looking... she is so pretty...

[ari @_arihiki]

i used to spend most of my time browsing the web, but nowadays i rarely can get myself out of bed...

[ari @_arihiki]

scientists reveal th- uhm. can i help you. stop looking at me like that.

[ari @_arihiki]

izumi konata...

[ari @_arihiki]

sorry. things are taking time...

[ari @_arihiki]

i hope to share artwork relating to my game soon… or at least character art, as everything is deep within the early concepting trenches as of now. i’m being quite the perfectionist over it q_q

[ari @_arihiki]

maybe i should try creating a sort of webcomic, or comic strips to get concepts down visually..? that may be fun..!

For the last time, if you see some post on reddit, someone on Minecraft, etc. pretending to be me, it's NOT me! I don't use reddit and I ONLY play Minecraft on MY OWN SERVER and my skin is GARFIELD WITH SANS'S JACKET AND GLOWING EYE!

@toggafaggin it does indeed strip away a lot of the detail present in the original textures... i would have likely preferred some sorta middle ground. i still can't say i completely hate it or anything though...

[ari @_arihiki]

contrary to what others are saying, i really like this. obviously it's a far cry from paper mario 64's original artistic intention (that being, more of a painterly artstyle rather than papercraft, which do i prefer), but i can tell this was still made with a lot of love...

there's something very special about seeing one of my favorite childhood games completely overhauled visually like this, despite my allegiance to the game's original art direction

[ari @_arihiki]

manul girl..?

[ari @_arihiki]

i’m very excited to post more on this account again, especially with such a shift in mindset I’ve undergone, same with my art skills improving lots… for now, good night

[ari @_arihiki]

i've decided to return to this account for the time being. i believe it to be beneficial to share my artwork and eventual gamedev work on a larger account like this... hope you've all been well ^u^
