Oh no. I think I just got my accounts in order for tax return. It's bleak. When I grow up I would like to earn a living please. What shall I retrain as?
#smalltowninertia Si suffered a collapsed lung over Christmas, had to be hospitalised, a terrifying time for both he & his wife Kirsty. He's home, on the mend now, thankfully. I'll be visiting them both ASAP.
See all the activities taking place at Gnome House this Autumn / Winter - including our 'Winter Warmer and Film Extravaganza' on Saturday 7th December!

“How powerful art is that it can enable people to be viewed in a different light, as having a narrative, and not existing simply as a diagnosis.” | Artist Emma Barnard (@PatientAsPaper) on art's power to influence medicine: https://t.co/FBQdUamKPT #culturehealth#60Voices
Back to this today & what a strange image of a child on the hospital wall! Reminded, though, how utterly brilliant our NHS system & it’s staff are, in spite of the crippling cutbacks #lovemynhs#grateful#recovery#entdepartment

Congrats Emma on putting this exhibition together.Available to see by appointment or Wednesday’s 11-3. A 3 way dialogue between patients, clinicians & academics mediated and documented through art.” #patientaspaper#medicalart
Loving @PatientAsPaper’s latest exhibition at @kingsmedicine Life Sciences Museum - critical, participatory and such an important topic - highlighting #hiddendisabilities. Patients in Perspex, hidden by their anatomy, lined up alongside specimen pots #genius
