So humbled and encouraged by the fantastic feedback from the participants of the ACE supported ‘Life Through the Lens’ workshops at @ProjectZeroWF1 It was such a pleasure to meet these talented young people and facilitate ways of expressing their creativity through photography.
South Wales Police has instructed officers to log comments they feel are beyond "legitimate" criticism of Islam.
This is, exactly as I warned, a blasphemy law through the back door.
Nobody voted for this.
My letter to the Chief Constable👇🏾
More and more car parking meters are becoming app payment only. The digitalisation of almost everything means that millions of people who aren’t online (in particular, many pensioners) are being excluded from basic public services like parking a car.
Yes, period huts are back. Because girls just aren’t embarrassed and awkward enough about menstruation.
But what happens when the trans-identified boy feels excluded from the period hut? What if he feels less of a girl? Perhaps it would be easier just to tell girls to stay home.
15 men, convicted of 88 counts of rape, against one child.
This is a grim reminder that we still don't know the full extent of the grooming gangs.
We don't know how many perpetrators, or victims, are out there, or where gangs like these are still operating.
Dear @labourlewis
I have experienced several miscarriages, run two marathons to raise money for baby-loss charities and supported organisations such as Tommy's.
I am also quite sure that I am a woman - not a "birthing person".
Only women can become pregnant and give birth, regardless of how they identify. The term "birthing person" is therefore neither necessary nor genuinely inclusive. In practice, it erases the very people it is intended to describe.
Pregnancy, childbirth and miscarriage are profoundly significant experiences for many women. We deserve to be spoken about accurately and respectfully.
Please show pregnant women - and all women - that respect by using clear and accurate language.
Yours sincerely,
A woman who has experienced miscarriage
I am a medical doctor and I can say clearly: this is not good enough.
Henry Nowak was murdered and the police let him die.
When someone tells you they've been stabbed and are struggling to breathe, unless they pose an obvious risk to your own life, you make sure they are OK before you do anything else.
You don't pause to think about whether they might be racist, or whether they could be making it up.
There must be justice for Henry.
Let me categorically Debunk this utter rot. @sainsburys.
I am a poultry Breeder. The hens that lay white eggs (Amberline/White Star) DO NOT have a lower carbon footprint.
Yes they eat a bit less and produce roughly the same amount of eggs as the Brown egg layers (Bovan/Lowman/ISA Brown) but they live shorter lives, are prone to dying suddenly when startled, a flighty and nervous and because they live shorter productive lives (12 -18mnths) vs brown 18/24mnths (both commercial farmed), you have to incubate more which is increased (Electricity/gas costs) and their eggs are not the same quality.
I breed and keep 20+ different breeds, including: ISA Brown hens and White Stars. All my hens are 100% free range, Not a single barn kept bird, I have ISA browns that are 5yrs old and still laying beautiful Brown eggs, I have not seen a White star live beyond 3yrs and certainly none have laid eggs past 18-24mnths.
White stars Lay themselves to death. They are slender birds and because they dont eat a lot, it drains their personal vitality to keep up laying the eggs you want to sell because of the nonsensical lie that they are "More Carbon Neutral"
You want to know about eggs, come talk to someone like me, Don't rely on some hairbrained imagination of a buyer who's trying to squeeze the profit margin for a few extra pennies at our expense and to the poor hens detriment.
“I have a brilliant net zero plan. We are surrounded by natural energy resources, but let’s ignore that and buy £40 billion of oil and gas from Norway, which comes from the same sea that we share with them. Let’s spend £11.6 billion on overseas climate aid. Let’s spaff away £30bn on carbon capture machines. Let’s ban gas boilers and put in heat pumps. Let’s end new coal mining licenses and spend millions of pounds for foreign coal to keep Britain's last steel plant running. Let’s plaster solar panels on farmland, but also spend £50 million on sun dimming experiments. We will do this in a country that has the fifth least annual sunlight hours. And we will end up with the most expensive industrial electricity prices in the developed world. But shhh…let’s not talk about how much energy and water is required to power those massive AI data centres…”
Britain is a remarkable country. It built the Industrial Revolution, commanded the largest empire in history, invented countless technologies, and gave the world parliamentary democracy, Shakespeare, The Beatles, Robert Burns and the ability to queue politely with an ironic smile while everything falls apart.
Today, however, Britain is in national decline almost entirely through bad governments who are more in thrall to servicing their corporate donors than actually functioning as public servants.
Meanwhile, government ministers come and go with such speed that Britain appears to be running a political version of speed dating.
The country’s approach to productivity is equally innovative. Britain possesses extraordinary natural resources and entrepreneurial talent. It then places these assets inside a governance system that punishes enterprise, bogs everything down in regulations, restrictions and high taxes. Growth is destroyed.
The Japanese build a railway in the time it takes Britain to schedule a stakeholder engagement workshop. China can construct an entire metro system before Britain has finished arguing about the colour of the station bins.
British infrastructure projects have three stages:
Announcement.
Delay.
Cancellation.
Trying to get a GP appointment now feels like trying to buy tickets for a reunion tour of a famous rock band.
“Good news. We have an appointment available.”
“When?”
“October 2034.”
The civil service deserves special recognition. It has perfected a revolutionary process whereby any decision can be transformed into a consultation, then into a review, then into a white paper, then into a green paper, then into a pilot scheme, then into another consultation until everyone involved has retired.
Each Prime Minister arrives announcing a bold new vision. Six months later the vision is in a skip behind Whitehall and our money gets funnelled out of the country towards wars, batshit overseas funding schemes and horrendous £30bn monstrosities like carbon capture machines.
Britain’s greatest strength has always been its people rather than its politicians. The country often succeeds not because government has devised a brilliant plan, but because millions of ordinary people quietly compensate for the absence of one.
We deserve better than this shitshow.
And in the blink of an eye, the government have gone from “we need to reduce the carbon footprint to save the planet" to "we will build mega AI data centres that massively deplete energy and water supplies”.
I challenge every single person who believes minors should be enabled and even encouraged to transition to read this first person testimony to the end.

Henry Nowak: “I have been stabbed.”
Police officer: “I don’t think you have, mate.”
Henry, eighteen years old and in his final moments on earth, said he couldn’t breathe.
Scared. Disdained as a “racist”by disgusting DEI @HantsPolice
Who was the officer?
Mandatory government owned Digital ID should have no place in free society. Britain should never become a “show us your government controlled digital papers” society. Don’t let Starmer ram this Orwellian monstrosity through before he departs from Downing Street.
Stella Creasy, the women behind full term abortions and the state sanctioned murder of the elderly and disabled, thinks ALL women should have to forfeit their personal safety because she's made up a story about a transgender refugee pissing themselves 3 times.
This ridiculously sounding story, that is clearly entirely fictional, will now become an urban myth of "fact" in left wing circles to try and allow men with a knicker fetish legally enter women's spaces for a wank.
Sorry Stella, that ship has sailed.
Even if it were true, ehich it isnt, we don't care.
A crab watched his wife get grabbed by a fisherman and said: not today. Walked out of his hiding spot, wrapped his claws around her, and just... held on.
The fisherman let them both go and gave him a fish.
Bro got the girl AND a free meal.
I have been sickened all day by the news of three boys who lured two schoolgirls, raped them, and filmed it on their phones while they laughed and egged each other on. When they finally stood before a judge this week, they were handed “rehabilitation orders” and walked out without serving a single day behind bars. Not in prison, not in custody or a young offender institution.
The judge said, “None of you need to go to prison”.
What message does that send to rapists? The crime could hardly be graver, yet the punishment was no punishment at all. It’s the collapse of consequences and the rot runs right through the justice system.
And this is only going to get worse because Labour are choosing to go soft on criminals:
❌ They have abolished short prison sentences.
❌ They have let tens of thousands of criminals out early.
❌ And now they want to raise the age of criminal responsibility, so that even MORE young offenders escape any consequence at all.
My position is common sense👇
PRISON WORKS.
✅It punishes those who do wrong, it keeps dangerous people off our streets and away from our children.
✅It tells every victim that the law is on their side.
A country that forgets this is a country where schoolgirls are raped and filmed for sport, and the boys who did it get to go home.
Conservatives stand against it and our policies on sentencing and prison are the ones that will deliver a stronger country.
