CJP's entire playbook: take BJP's red carpet, take AAP's money, take Mamata's endorsement, refuse to march with 19 parties on October 12 against vote theft; then spend the remaining energy attacking Congress and stealing credit from independent voices.

Sonam Wangchuk called it. Nikhil Wagle exposed it. Neha Bora saw it. Now the broader opposition ecosystem is muting them.

A movement that survives only by making Congress the villain, while taking stages from BJP-governed states, isn't independent. It's load-bearing infrastructure for the very system it claims to fight.

When the people who wanted CJP to succeed are the ones muting them, the problem isn't the critics. The problem is CJP.

1810 में ब्राह्मण परिवार में जन्मी रसुंदरी देवी पहली बंगाली महिला थीं जिन्होंने आत्मकथा लिखी। उन्होंने लिखा कि उस समय पढ़ी-लिखी महिला को समाज बुरा मानता था—कलम या कागज़ रखने पर भी युवतियों को दंडित किया जा सकता था।

1836 में बंगाल की शिक्षा पर अपनी रिपोर्ट में विलियम एडम ने उस अंधविश्वास का उल्लेख किया कि “जो लड़की पढ़ना-लिखना सीख जाए, वह विवाह के तुरंत बाद विधवा हो जाएगी।”

आज जो अधिकार स्वाभाविक लगते हैं, वे लंबे सामाजिक संघर्ष और वैचारिक साहस का परिणाम हैं।
