I have bought BOB Ease My Trip Rupay Debit Card which has 2 Domestic Lounge Access per quarter. But today, I at Delhi T1 Airport and when went to Encalm Lounge it's payable. What's the issue?@RuPay_npci@EaseMyTrip@easemytrip_care

@bankofbaroda I want to resolve the Mobile Number issue with the complaint ID on priority. For the debit card issue there is separate escalation going on. @bankofbaroda@RBI@RBIsays

@RuPay_npci I have raised a complaint from 11th Feb 2026 but no resolution has been yet provide.
Please confirm if I need to escalate the same or switch to other operators for the debit card.

@bankofbaroda@RuPay_npci what the hell services you are giving in partnership. I have already a complaint ongoing for the lounge access at Delhi airport. Now again I have denied the lounge access at Bangalore airport. It has been many days since I am waiting for the resolution
