Institutions bought the dip.

After 3 straight weeks of selling, US equity funds saw +$11.83B in net inflows last week, the largest since June 24.

It's decision time for $SMH (AI and semiconductors) this week.

Huge volume buy is a good sign.

But RSI indicator does NOT have bullish divergence yet. It can still make marginal new lows if markets are not ready.

We need bulls to follow-through, gap-ups to defend the low.

$XLK, which is the technology sector ETF, has a chance.

Sellers are getting exhausted, bears are hesitant to short here. They will try to short the relief rally, but selling/shorting here is not in their best interest.
