Getting in shape doesn't have to be complicated...
Do you move each day?
Do you eat foods to fuel your body?
Do you go to bed at the same time each night?
Do you drink more water than other beverages?
Try those 4 things and you'll be surprised at the results.
@sulla76092097 @SolBrah Nice! I did a 4 month program a little bit ago- started at 16% and got down to 8.6%, so a similar goal! Itโs totally doable. I ate in a slight deficit and then did a 1 day fast once a week. That helped keep hunger down because I ate a decent amount on non-fast days
@sulla76092097 @SolBrah Adding in a 30-60minute walk in the morning before breakfast is a simple/effective way.
To get more detailed: track your calories or follow a nutrition plan -- you can keep power lifting/weight lifting and don't have to do cardio but it can help
@CryptoDLuffy1 @SolBrah Having a good dose of protein after a workout helps (I'll usually make a smoothie with protein powder, a banana, some berries and milk/nut milk).
Increasing your calories (can eat oatmeal, peanut butter, extra fruit etc.) and having protein with each meal is also helpful
@brutebrutebrute Lot's of good advice... would also suggest doing some light stretching before bed, drinking extra water during the day and/or going for a walk.
@AndrewJCasaus Find a plan and stick to it and I'm sure you'll make good progress by then... 50 pounds is a lot in less than 2 months but can definitely get in better shape!
@KaranveerPannu Congrats!! Thatโs awesome!! Iโve had a couple friends go through law school and take the bar and know it takes so much hard work. Well done!
