Here's one of my favorite tricks for keeping writing momentum going over multiple days:

Stop before you're finished

Meaning, find a place to stop for the day where you know exactly where you're going next

When you come back to it you can hit the ground running more quickly

A creative paradox:

You want more free time so you can be more creative

But if you had total freedom of time you'd get less creative work done

Time constraints force you to think creatively to find the time and get your creative work done within that time
