@oneplus Don't purchase OnePlus products they are going to cheat you, OnePlus is not able to repair my under warranty TV U1S50, the issue was raised on 24th sept. Bcz the panel is not available in India and they are unable to import from China.

@OnePlus_Support U1S50Black panel is defected and the technician told me the part is not available with him on 25th September and raised part requirements as well. Till now my TV has not been repaired as the panel was not available in India. OnePlus service operated by China now?

@AmazonHelp On the 21st Oct I was given the denial letter, The agent told me within 72 hours Amazon will repair your tv. Now each time they are providing an unnecessary process not ready to provide services.

@amazon my @oneplus TV screen is defected I raised an issue with Amazon on 24th sept. Till now I haven't received any resolution. Worst service by Amazon and OnePlus both. Now both brands are refusing to provide services while my TV is under warranty period (within a year).
