A 27-year-old Vietnamese guy was caught working as a barber in Japan without any barber license. He only had a visa for agricultural work.
Barber is a national qualification job in Japan because they use razors. It’s not something anyone can just do.
He got arrested for working outside his visa conditions… and then the prosecutors just dropped the case. No explanation. Just “not prosecuted.”
Meanwhile, Japanese people spend time and money to get these qualifications properly.
So what, foreigners can just ignore the rules and get away with it?
