@TRAI @airtelindia , please intervene as the grievance redressal mechanism has failed completely. @Airtel_Presence @consumerforum_"

[आयुष पाण्डेय @_Ayush_pandit]

@TRAI Yes, it is affecting my work and studies severely. My Airtel Wi-Fi has been dead for 2 months. Despite raising multiple complaints, including ticket #11037971889 which expired on 16 Aug, I am facing total neglect and corporate arrogance from @airtelindia

[आयुष पाण्डेय @_Ayush_pandit]

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Extreme harassment & deliberate negligence by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! My Wi-Fi (ID: 052226644768_WIFI) is down for 2 months. Service Request #11037971889 promised resolution by 16 Aug 2026, but the deadline lapsed with zero support. Complete grievance mechanism failure!

Disgraceful service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! My Wi-Fi has been dead for 2 months. Raised ticket #11037971889 (ID: 052226644768_WIFI) with resolution promised by 16 Aug, yet zero action or accountability. Complete failure of grievance redressal! @TRAI fix this ASAP.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Charging customers for zero service while ignoring escalations shows sheer corporate arrogance. Requesting regulatory action & urgent resolution for deficiency in service:

@Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence I have checked my primary inbox and Message Requests folder—there is NO DM from your team. Please initiate the DM properly or provide an active escalation email/ticket link immediately. Account id-052226644768_wifi

Postpaid Wi-Fi down for 2 months! Support only blames "network congestion" with 0 fix. On July 23, bill payment failed on server error, debited twice. Deducted money was adjusted to next bill without consent instead of a refund. Fix & refund! Id-052226644768_wifi

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Escalating this severe deficiency of service and unlawful fund retention for urgent intervention and redressal.

[आयुष पाण्डेय @_Ayush_pandit]

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Retaining customer funds for failed server transactions and adjusting them toward upcoming billing cycles without explicit user consent is an unfair trade practice under CPA 2019. Charging for a service non-functional for 60+ days is completely unacceptable.
